i mean i get that my mindset is not normal, but i never got why people flipped out over high school graduation

and that started when i went to my high school graduation and had people (including my country family) flipping their shite

It's the end of most people's academic career.

Not flipping out because they graduated high school...they are flipping out because they did their football team entrance at graduation.

Karr has a lot of school pride in their band and athletics. Good to see kids engaged in that pride and having fun.

especially considering that these days you need a college degree or trade to not end up on the welfare rolls.

i get that, and i admitted my bias, but...my point stands

it should be a very solemn and sad event for those who are done. a time to think about how you failed to get to that point

just a completely different mindset is all. i doubt the people of that culture and i would agree on much

People need to celebrate education more IMO.

The morons that get mad at Kindergarten graduations have no clue that you are teaching kids at a young age that education is something to strive for.

For those who peak in high school, their graduation is the last big hoorah before their inevitable descent into reality begins.

That was actually pretty cool. I was expecting some sort of brawl or something.
