This is how you do it! This is how real dialogue could be started. Neither side budging is fruitless.

Good for the chief. He was probably like "I really don't want to have to deal with all this shite, lets just throw a bbq and see if we can agree to join us instead of wasting everyone's time protesting"

How is this on the cops? Why is it their responsibility to give shite away to black people in order to make them respect them? who said anything about giving stuff away? Getting to a dialogue is a process and it does not have to involve giving stuff away. They chose chose to do that. Good for them
