The court order says retired judge Bruce C. Bennett has been assigned to take over Judge White’s docket in her absence. The order says Bennet "is hereby assigned as judge pro tempore of Division 'J.'"
A law clerk who answered the phone at White’s office Wednesday afternoon declined to comment on the matter. Judicial Administrator Ann McCrory said she could not provide a reason because she simply does not know.
Finally, there may be consequences.

I honestly can't believe it took this long.
There are several crimes I think she should be responsible for simply because these crimes were done by people who should have been in jail, but she put back on the streets.

wasn't she responsible for a case where she overturned a guilty verdict for 2nd degree murder of some guy's brother in law who shot him something around 5 times, walked away, and then returned to shoot him another 5 times? Then ruled it negligent homicide or some BS because he was 'drunk'?
