How does one get into this field?

quote:

REQUIREMENTS

You’ve recruited marginalized groups for technical and non-technical roles through a variety of channels

You’ve worked and partnered with activists, organizations, and companies who share a passion for building a diverse team. You are well-informed of the diversity landscape.

You’ve created a flexible recruiting experience that allows non-standard backgrounds the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths throughout the interview process.

You are mindful of unbiased language and are prepared to guide us in developing Asana-specific diversity content.

Is your skin lighter or darker than this:

Does this mean: applicant is worthless but i let them tell me how great they are because they can move a pound of weed in 30 minutes (great salesman), broken down to specific weights (mathematician), and can offer other substances (chemist)??

A rabbi, a hipster, a redneck, a goth, and a frat boy all walk into a bar that specifically caters to diversity.

The bartender says "sorry, we have enough whites."

I think it's the name of the final resting place of an old old wooden ship used in the Civil War Era

I am not sure why you would hire someone who has been affiliated with activist groups, etc. into your organization...no good will come of that..

Usually they go online, post a thread about it, and try to get other people to complain about it with them
