Job application wants a "contributions to diversity statement"

University I'm applying to requires a statement of contributions to diversity in the classroom, new student recruiting etc. Most of these statements are around 2 pages. I don't even know where to start with this bullshite. So, I figured the best most appropriate place to come for advice on this was the OT.

I frick all broads, and have 15 children of mixed racial backgrounds. Through fathering so many illegitimate children, I have done my part to ensure the diversity of their classes for years to come.

This is why academia is such a false reality. Diversity of ideas is desirable. Diversity of ethnic and/or gender by itself offers nothing. This political correct, revisionist history, and leftist leading mentality will ultimately doom the brick and mortar academic institutions.

Check out the websites of universities you're familiar with and navigate to the diversity and inclusion (or similar some similar title) office and you'll get an idea. You must be new to academia if you're not familiar with "this bullshite."
