They move to the MD's during the summer on DTW-MSY, A319's go to business routes and 757's go to tourist destinations.

Gotcha, makes financial sense to me. I remember sitting on the beach in Florida back in May seeing a 757 landing at SRQ, pretty nice sight

What exactly is wrong with airbuses? I've flown a few and haven't had issues. Maybe i'm missing something?

Yea I used to fly 2-3 times a month into JAX or DAB from MSY. Basically opposite markets for air travel. So MSY high season I'm on a 757 to ATL then a MD or 319 to FL and the reverse when high season in FL.
