And while it is more specialized, for pets only, their customer service is phenomenal.

Chewy

I ordered a dog crate over 5 weeks ago and just found out that is too large for my dog and our room. Wife doesn't like it, but dog just recently started sleeping in it.

Contacted Chewy to learn what are my options. One customer service chat and a full refund was issued. The only catch? They asked me to donate dog crate to local animal shelter, which I will gladly do.

to Chewy. This is the only place that will get my business for both of my pets (food, treats, toys, nail trimmer, crates, etc.).

And I'll use them, so thanks for the reference. Always looking for good, fair-priced pet store stuff.

Free shipping on orders over $49.00, plus 5 % off on Auto Ship orders.

Shipping, from what I can tell with the 6 orders I have placed, takes about 3 days (based upon my location).

Prices are less expensive than big box retailer and in my state, no taxes (although I will self-report at the end of the year) are charged at time of purchase.

Only time I've had to is with third party company I bought from. Amazon contacted them for me about an item I paid extra for fast shipment that never arrived(apparently UPS lost it). I promptly got a reply from the third party company asking if I wanted full refund(plus shipping refund) or the item resent.

I have my auto ship orders ready to go. Just ordered another home-based, dog Crate and travel crate.

However, I do order my flea medicine from Pet-i-Supply.com - can't beat their pricing on Trifexis and Comfortis.

Vet essentially wants $22.00 per pill for Trifexis and I can get it for less than $11.00 per pill.

I had a package never arrive a couple months ago. It was sent from an Amazon Fulfillment center and they gave me the option of a full refund or free 1-day shipping on replacement. I chose 1-day shipping and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. No questions asked. Nothing. All through the little chat window on their website in under 2 minutes.

Unreal company. I hope they take over the world.

Holy crap.

Is it better than 1-800-PetMeds? We use Trifexis as well and I was going to order more this week.

My husband ordered a $200 dive computer that didn't arrive. He contacted them and another one was overnighted to him no charge. Original item arrived a couple days later. He contacted Amazon and was told to just keep both.

Yes. It's an Australian based company. I've been ordering from them for over 1 year. Never an issue.

Do plan accordingly as shipping ($3.99) will take about 2 weeks for you to receive your product.

I only order Comfortis, Interceptor and Trifexis from Pet-i-Supply.

I recommend chewy.com to owners all the time. Fantastic customer service. Some of the prescription food that we don't carry I have the owners order it through them.

I just bought a hiking pack for my dog last week - ordered on Friday night and package at the door Monday afternoon.

Holy crap. I just looked and its $30 cheaper on your site than 1-800-PetMeds.

That's nuts. Thank you.

Sounds like Tuft & Needle mattresses. I ordered a new foam mattress from them about a month ago. I have 100 days to sleep on it. and decide if I like it. If I decide I don't, they ask that I donate it(they'll even arrange for pickup) and they'll refund 100% of purchase price.
Shipping was free and no tax either.
The mattress is awesome, so I'm not getting rid of it, but it's a great business that really cares about the customer as well.

Your dog ever worn one before? I always see them and think about getting one for my lab but don't know if he would tolerate wearing one(with stuff in it).
