I fretted over paying for Amazon prime but its already paid for itself. Delivery in 2 days even on the weekends 
Anybody else glad they got the prime. I know these threads appear often but dammit "AMEN" to amazon prime

I got it free for a year with my Amex Platinum a couple of years ago and have renewed it ever since. Couldn't imagine going without it now.

it's a blessing and a curse. I get things I need delivered regularly to save time and money, but also end up buying some of the stupidest stuff (HELLO, bathroom guest book)... also, the amazon tv is fun, but it leads to binge watching just like Netflix.

The shipping pays for itself, but I use the streaming video and music services as well. I find the picture quality to be higher than Netflix.

I ended up getting the Amazon visa credit card.. which allows you to rack up points that can be applied toward purchases made on Amazon. 3% back on Amazon purchases. 2% at restaurants, gas stations, drug stores, 1% all other purchases.

yeah, i always made sure to cancel, i wasn't going to pay cash to be in amazon prime. Forgot in January to cancel, and glad i did.
