track it with one of those apps on your phone. If you record every single food/liquid you ingest in a day..holy shite. It will slow you down once you see the numbers every day.

not really, for the past 6 months i track it daily. i avg 800 calories and most i eat is 1200

Geeze! You trying to drop some weight or something?
I just did a *Rough* calculation and with my age, sex, height, and activity level I am burning around 3100 calories a day. I'd need to eat around that just to remain metabolically even.
I doubt I take in that many calories though. That is a lot of food if you try to eat healthy.

Why would you do this? Even if you are trying to lose weight fast, you should eat at least 1200.

Really unhealthy. What do you eat? Just plain meat and raw veggies all day?

not really. Im 31, male 5'6 145. here is my weekly eating
breakfast-coffee
lunch- one baked chicken thigh
snack- couple baby raw carrots, couple raw broccoli
dinner- either 2 baked chicken thighs and baked sweet tater or ground turkey in a bowl with lettuce, hot sauce, and saute bell peppers and onions.
i eat that mon-fri
on saturday and sundays i will eat a little more.
i also walk/jog 3 miles daily from 11:30-12:10 during my lunch break. And lift light weights every evening, nothing major.
