Isles golf club-Pass Christian

This place a goat ranch or will it make for a Saturday morning round?

Oh it's a goat ranch alright, but it'll make a round. There's not much 'golf' grass but you get to practice your St Augustine approach. Why you playing there?

It's a fun course, you may just have to shoe wedge it a few times to avoid breaking your club.

I played there when I went to Stanislaus in some tournaments.

I think you hit over alot of concrete ditches. Is that right Gaston?

That makes it sound really bad, I don't think any of the hazards would be considered ditches per say. OK, maybe a couple.

OP, why there?

I could be thinking of one a little further down the road in Gulfport.

There are a couple of concrete ditch passes at the Diamondhead courses.

No, no,...we practiced there everyday.

I hit Cardinal a few weeks ago. Place was in great shape. I also love being the youngest toughest stud in the clubhouse after the round when I go grab a beer.

I was thinking of that one par three on the Cardinal where you hit over the water then drive to the left through the water. I wouldn't call either of those places goat ranches, but I still end up missing the golf grass frequently.

Dude, you could be 65 and still be the youngest guy there.
