Is White european culture the greatest culture the world has ever known?

I mean, can it even be argued otherwise? Comprised of subcultures from Great Britain, France, Scandinavia, German, Austrian, Russian, American, Spanish, Greek, and Italian.
I mean, they essentially dominate the globe, have basically created everything we use today, and have had the greatest military might every year since forever.
They have a phenomenal track record that supersedes all before them, concurrent to them, and shows no signs of losing ground.
Why isn't white european culture openly celebrated in the media and pop culture mediums more often?
