Is there a way I can sync Google Earth on my PC with Google Earth on my phone?

I'm trying to be able to access the place markers that I have saved on my PC when I pull up Earth on my phone.

If you log into Google first usually your history goes to different devices, at least it does for me but I'm not 100% sure what settings I enabled.

thats bascially what I'm trying to sync. I have several waypoints and pins marked on my PC but I cant see them on my phone.
