I live within a few blocks of each of the places that were hit this weekend. Pulse is just a block from my daughter's high school. The fact is, every loon, psycho and fruitcake in Central Florida--except me, apparently*--owns a small arsenal of weapons. That's well known by everyone who lives here.

Are steak knives really necessary in this day and age? Seems like we should have a meat press to chop up our steak so we don't have to worry about a steak knife ending up in the wrong hands.
