Trashy people can't seem to find a garbage can or use the diaper changing room inside that they have to leave it in the parking lot. It seems I see this more in Sam's, Walmart and home depot etc. I just feel bad for our society sometimes.

It's basically no different than somebody dropping their pants and taking a shite right on the pavement in the middle of the place that I park my car, so yea, it pisses me off too bud

I used to be a country club lifeguard. All those supposedly baller moms would leave soiled diapers lying around the pool deck like landmines for us to pick up.

My wife is INSISTING that we will be cloth diapering our son when he gets here in September. I can't WAIT to carry around a wet bag full of dirty diapers on a long hot day.....
I'm going with what she doesn't know, won't hurt her. If I have him with me on a longggg day out of the house, and she is at work. Disposable it is.
I'll find a trash can or changing station just for you on those days.

To the OP, yes this infuriates me. As a parent of two kids in diapers, it's real easy to carry around plastic grocery bags to put the diaper in and tie it tight. And then put it in a garbage can. It's sheer laziness and selfishness to just throw that on the ground and move on.
