Obviously, we focus a lot on athletes, great actors/actresses, etc as those blessed with certain skills but then that same greatness can be found in business, ideas, strategies, arts, writing, etc that make people very successful. Whether they have more of an ability to motivate themselves, are more creative, or just more aggressive in their visions...they are far from average.

Does being just an average guy, with and average type life mean you haven't found what you're really meant to do yet??? or are some people just meant to be that way and accepting of it. What says the OT.

Happy Monday

My tongue is huge. It sticks out really far. That is my claim to fame.

Much in the same way that not everyone is meant to receive a trophy in little league. To be great at something, anything, you have to work your arse off at doing it. The 10,000 hour rule applies. You have to have will, determination and ambition to become great at anything. Very few people actually become truly great at anything because you almost have to be obsessed with it for a certain amount of time which can be an extremely selfish journey.

99.999999% of people are terrible at everything, it's what makes the small minority so special. Life sucks and it's never getting any better, the sooner we accept that the better.

Why would they?

Of course not, some people are "meant" (however you're wanting to interpret that) to be just your regular ol' average joe. Some are destined to be complete losers.

That's life.

no. some people just don't have the drive or the ability to be great at anything. that doesn't mean they're worth less as a person, just means there's nothing in particular they're great at. the world needs worker bees.

Absolutely not. Look at the poors. They can't break the cycle the majority of the time.
