It is not locked up here in NOLA area, but you have to show your ID to purchase it.

The prime ingredient in lean is promethazine and codeine. I've never heard of anyone using Delsym to make Texas tea. But then again, with Actavis being off the market, who knows what the kids are using these days. I would use large doses of NyQuil back in high school to get my fix when I couldn't get to a pint of the activis

Can it be used to make meth.If not they were probably getting it shoplifted by teens that drink a whole bottle or two.

I got asked for an ID while buying the kids version last week. Funny thing is she had already rang up a bottle of liquor and didn't ask for my ID.
