Going there for work next week. It sounds nice and I have heard nice things. But I have Never been.

Any tips on what to do?

Go see the ocean, bro.

Also, don't get killed when the big one strikes...

If you are driving anything less than an A8, just save yourself the embarrassment, buy some suds and a hogie and drink in your room.

Go check out the Newport wedge.

Drive down to Laguna Beach.

Go for a jog/bike ride on the board walk.

Class of '47 is a cool bar where John Wayne was known for hanging out

Mutt Lynch's is a cool bar on the beach. I was there one Sunday morning 3-4 years ago and all 3 Clausen brothers walked in wearing board shorts and tank tops.

Go to Javier's in Newport Coast. Irvine is dull. Used to live there. Go get a Balboa Bar. Don't drive a C class. Here is your start.

Go to the marina and look at the boats. Find a nice, big one with no one on it. Jump on with a 6-pack and watch the sunset.

Good steak dinner would be nice.

Will do a sunset at the beach one night.

I'll probably uber around. Their uber drivers should have A-8s right???

Irvine is essentially the Spectrum, which is a shopping center. Don't go if you don't have to. If you have time, San Clemente is a nice little beach town without the amount of douche that you will get in the Laguna area. Nightlife in Laguna is decent.

And Disneyland, I guess.
