Anyone know a good iPhone ringtone app that will let me use one of my existing mp3 files as a ringtone?

I haven't done it in a while, but what I think I did was exactly this.

Can't you just select the song you want to use?

it has to be an *.m4r file for the iPhone to recognize it as a ringtone.
