Iphone app that records in MP3 format.

Need to get an app for the Iphone that will record in MP3 format to upload into work system. The mic on the phone works great and is more reliable than the recording app I have on my Dell tablet, but the pre-installed recorder sucks for interfacing with our Windows based system (yeah, I know...should have gotten an Android or Windows based phone) and imaging system that we use.
Anybody have any suggestions for an alternate recorder (in MP3 format) that works well?

Just connect the phone to your computer after recording what you need and you should be able to change the format on the recording to .mp3.
If you're trying to do that before plugging the phone into your computer, you might be out of luck. I don't know of anything that'll record straight to .mp3.

if you can get the files, i use all2mp3 to convert when i need to
