Interstate hazmat cleanup times

Anyone familiar with the amount of time it takes for hazmat to clean up a tanker spill on interstate? On I10 before Baytown going toward Houston. Going on 3.5 hours so far.

There is no cookie cutter time.

Depends on the haz material, the size of the leak, amount of damage to the container, etc

It's about a half a mile in front of me so i didnt have time to exit.

OP drives a bitch car and cant hop a curb to the feeder. Or unwilling to reverse it back to the exit.

I've had two people right next to me get tickets already for going down shoulder.
