Instructions for How to Avoid DUI and Hit-and-Run Charges

Step 1. Get blackout drunk.
Step 2. Flee the scene of the accident (duh).
Step 3. Lock yourself in your house.
Step 4. Don't open door when law enforcement knocks.
NOTE: You must be a member of law enforcement for this to work. You may get charged with reckless operation, but that's much better than DUI or hit-and-run (or both).
Detailed Instructions Inside
