where can I get an inspection sticker from?

Any place with an orange sign out front that says they are licensed by the state to do vehicle inspections.

Don't mean to hijack, but are vehicles registered in a different parish required to get the emission testing done in EBR to get a new sticker?

I know if your car is registered in one of the parishes requiring extra emission testing (EBR & the surrounding parishes), you HAVE to get it done in one of those parishes, which means you pay extra.
I think if your car is registered in one of the non-emission testing parishes and choose to get it done here in EBR, you still have to pay the extra fee. May be best to wait until you get home to get it inspected, unless you want to pay $18 instead of $10.

This is correct. When I was living in BR going to college, I had to pay the extra money even though my truck wasn't registered there.
