Inside story on the dank new mansion on Highland just past Kenilworth?

It's a huge white brick home that just went up in the past few moths, with a smaller home in front, and they're building another big house on the property. Anybody know e inside story on this place? Some OT baller build a mansion for himself and smaller houses on the property for the kids, or what? Since I'm sure whoever owns the property posts here, let me just say you have a beautiful home.

I was wondering about this the other day. I think they are all three separate homes but I can't figure out why anyone would want property like that on highland road. The two built have different styles so I assumed they were different owners
