White Inmate Death Ruled Homocide
The in-custody death of inmate Tony Chance Ross has been ruled a homicide, according to the autopsy report.
Ross was found unresponsive in a Sulphur Springs jail cell on March 6. After being transported to a hospital for treatment, Ross died on March 8.
The autopsy notes that Ross was taken into custody after a struggle with police and TASER deployment. After being taken into the jail facility, the struggle and TASER deployment continued.
According to the autopsy, there were at least fourteen burns on Ross' chest, back and neck.

If I was the guard, I'd have just choked him out.

Misleading thread title, "excessive tasering" is not to blame.

Forensic pathologist, David L. Zimmerman, found the cause of death to be acute methamphetamine intoxication and physical restraint, and the manner of death is homicide.

Can you read? Do you understand what a "cause of death" is?
