Slidell is lacking on late night places to drink. Olde Town can attract a young, trashy crowd. I'm biased due to employment but Hooters stays open late and is pretty relaxed.

There's a wine bar on Gause on the East side of I-10 that serves a little food. But you'd have to do that tomorrow for lunch. I think they close at ten mon-wed.

You could always take Gause Blvd west and go to Billy's Lounge, if that's your flavor ?
