In a Rut at College...Any Advice?

Hey y'all. I am recently returned to college and ever since I came back, I have just been in a rut. I'm losing interest in my fraternity (which is where I am living), I feel isolated, I am a little homesick, I'm having major trouble eating/sleeping, and I just don't feel the same passion for the school that I did when I left last year. I understand it is early in the year still, and I am confident that things will improve over time, but it is still upsetting because I really thought this year was going to be different than last, that I wouldn't be in a rut at the beginning of this year like I was last year.
And I also understand that a routine will make things better, but it still kind of sucks that I am not embracing school like I did towards the end of last year. And yeah, I was feeling down at the beginning of last year too and things worked out well, but this year just feels different. Any advice for me?

A rut is just a grave with the ends knocked out.

Go to the local watering hole. Have a few drinks and pick a fatty and take her home and sex her up.
She will make you feel good again.
Don't tel your friends.

Grab your harpoon and nail the biggest chick at Bogies. Trust me on this.

Why would this year be different? Did last year turn out ok? Just wait it out.

Wake up early every day no matter if you have class or not.
Exercise
Drink more coffee
Dont spend much time at home, except to sleep.
Only drink alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays. No exceptions!

Start by not starting threads by saying, "Hey ya'll"

Drink a few weeknights. It's good for you. Make friends with the bartenders this way

School sucks. I absolutely hate it. My professional advice is to bang some sorostitutes and get drunk. I did it for my first ~7 years of college and had fun

It's thursday night, that means it's Lady's night at Reggie's. Get over there about 11:00 when the exchange portion ends. The women will be loose and numerous. Find the big blonde, redneck guy who works there, ask for Ginsler. Tell him what you've been going through and he'll hook you up, probably wing man for you.
There are few places on this earth where it is easier to get laid then thursday night at reggies early in the fall semester.
As far as fixing your "rut" for the rest of the year, I'd suggest making the most of your time in baton Rouge. There's actually a decent music scene here if you know where to look. Start hitting up shows at Atomic Pop Shop, The Varsity, Spanish Moon, the Parlour, and the Guru. It's easy to make friends at these places because the music scene is so small.
Wednesday Nights at the Bulldog are like shooting fish in a barrel. Another great place to meet women.

Last year was great, but I was in a different living situation last year and it just felt different at this time last year than it does this year. I don't know, I'm just feeling out of it this year, almost as if I am in a daze, going through the motions.
