I'm still trying to figure out the David Blaine frog trick

Ever seen the thing when people write a random name on a piece of paper and fold it up, then he burns it without opening it, and rubs the ashes on his forearm, and it the names writes itself out in that person's handwriting on his arm.
People he was doing it to were almost in tears they were so freaked out.

Chapelle is in on it.... he just has to play the part and act freaked out as well...
any trick that requires someone writing their name on a card, or drawing some sort of picture, like this one, the person doing the writing, or whatever, is in on the trick...
how is this not common knowledge yet?

He said earlier in the show that and old school magician would drink a bunch of water and swallow fish, frogs, whatever and spit them up later. He said he wanted to learn to do this so he started swallowing swords and stuff to learn how to control the muscles needed to do this. It would obviously freak someone out who had no idea but if you watched some of the show and not just the clips it was clearly explained.

That bullshite. We used to go to brunch downtown and there was a magician occasionally at the brunch and he would do the write your name on a card trick to random people in the restaurant. He even used my dad as a volunteer one time.
You think he secretly got my dad in on the trick and then my dad kept the secret his whole life?

That is a setup. A lot of his magic involves the other person's help in pulling it off. That's one that does. The ones that appear to be so distraught are actually in on it.
