On PBS Newshour and I can say he is retarded.
And downvote away for PBS but their newshour is better than most. At least I get news without everyone screaming at each other.
But that guy is on par with Weston Broom and Mitch. Lord y'all need to get rid of that guy since it is now South Louisiana not Acadiana.

My brother in law was all about Higgins. Never would shut the frick up about "Cajun John Wayne ". I showed him an interview they did with candidate Higgins & candidate Angelle. This fricker looks at me and says, "Man, Higgins is kind of an idiot. I'm still voting for him but..."...
