If your neighbor said he wanted to hurt your children

But he was confined to a wheel chair, but had lots of upper body strength, and is mentally not all there. what would you do?
Let's say you heard him yelling at your kids from over the fence and he had a bear trap. He said he can't get over the fence but if he did he would try to kill or at least seriously injure a child with said bear trap. You called the police but they said you were being ignorant and there was nothing they could do unless he left his property. Would you kill him then?
Eta: now let's say this is not a disabled man that is trying to kill your kids but instead it's a dog.
I assume the response is different? The dog has more rights?

Walk over, kick his bitch out of his fricking wheel chair and kick the shite out of him. Ask if he likes threatening kids? Remind him he's a frickkng crippled who can't move. Get on top of him and pummel his face a few times spit on him and tell him if he ever talked to my kids like that again I would pull his finger nails off, cut his dick off, and watch him bleed to death.

I would roll his arse into the nearest swimming pool and watch just how long that upper body strength held out as I gently pushed his hand away every time he was able to reach the side

Have a serious heart to heart talk with him. Explain that he is not being very Christian by frightening young children. Tell him you know he doesn't realize how much he is scaring your kids.
