I would set up a scholarship fund for both my HS and my kids HS.
I would also set up a scholarship fund for the people I used to work with at my former employer.

Besides, if I won that kind of money, I would not tell ANYONE besides my wife. Money like that changes people. Not you per se, depending on your personality type, but it changes EVERYONE around you. Even your kids.
I'd tell nobody besides my tax and legal professionals. You donate to a charity or something like that and you are fricked. Everybody knows.
In fact, I'd probably put that money in a trust fund of some kind.
