If you ruled the world what would you do on Day 1?

What actions would you take, or laws would you implement right away?
My list would go something like this:
1) I'd require everyone to take a special test before being allowed to reproduce
2) I'd turn Madagascar into Criminal Island. Anyone who commits a serious/violent crime(rapists, murderers, child molesters, left-lane cruisers, etc.) gets sent there.
3) Parents with obese children would be sent to a 6-month work camp as punishment for their negligence
4) I'd round up all politicians from major parties and put them under investigation for corruption
5) I'd make Muslims live on their own island and require a special pass to leave

I would call-out Islam for what it is: a dangerous cult that seeks world domination via Sharia Law. Muslim religious leaders would be required to immediately begin a Islamic Reformation not unlike that Protestant Reformation that took place in 16th Century Europe. That's about how far behind Islam is in synergy with the rest of the modern world. All Muslim immigration would be halted until there are no Muslim terrorist attacks for at least 1 year.
