If you need to blow your nose, do you excuse yourself or blow in front of people

Subject's got it all except the question mark (ran out of room).
I'm the type that will go to the restroom or step outside if I need to blow my nose. Some people though think it's okay to whip out a wad of tissue and blast greasy, thick, juicy snot rockets for a few seconds.

I usually like to step away from public since my noseblows sound somewhat like an 18-wheeler blowing its horn and slamming its breaks on dry pavement.

I have a guy that is doing this very loudly and will not dismiss himself. It is uncomfortable and disgusting. He probably shouldn't be here either. Please step away from others or go to the restroom.

It's absolutely disgusting.
I worked with a woman who would do this during lunch. She was horribly inefficient at it too, so you'd have a good while of "Flllgggttssstststojairvjaorijvraijrioaijr" while her face turned red from blowing so hard.

I definitely excuse my self. I have a family member that does it at the table at family events all the time. Also have another that coughs like she's going to die all the time. Won't excuse herself and does a horrible job of covering her mouth. Both are over 60 years old fwiw

Depends on setting and type of nose blow. Am I slightly blowing a runny nose or trying to dislodge massive amounts of thick snot thats going to be very loud?
