would you? No cell phones. No internetwebz. Fewer than 100 tv channels. No social media.

Simpler times. I would do it in a heartbeat.

I'd love to. Much happier and more simple times then.

Just no Twitter and Facebook. That is all we really need, stupid people do not need a voice.

No.

I'd send overall population back to the 1980s though.

MTV played music videos, not shows about whiny transexuals.

Easily I'd go back.

This. Social media, or rather humans are the problem, there's nothing wrong with advancing technology.

I'd do it. Times were a lot simpler. Nothing is a freaking surprise anymore. Even as a kid, I looked forward to watching the 6pm news. Now, with this "immediate gratification generation", the news is basically recapping what you already know from the internet and social media. Also, for me personally, I enjoyed reading small tidbits in the newspaper from fall LSU camp and maybe Tiger Rag magazine, but you still had a sense of wonder and uncertainty (excitement) because you didn't know EVERYTHING that was going on with the team. I used to wait with anticipation for Athlons, Lindys, and Street & Smiths magazine, with the "big one" being the Tiger Rag season preview hitting the news stands. I'd wait with ANTICIPATION for these publications. Now, I don't read any of them. It's nothing you don't already know and for me, a lot less exciting.

I believe I would. I went without internet/phone for the most part of last week and found myself being more active/social. The 70's/80's were awesome, I could go for it.

I couldn’t handle the switch back to Atari and rotary dialing and 7 inch floppy disks and having to go to a library just to find out what tree bark is made of or what movies Burt Reynolds has been in.
