I know there's a bazillion streets one could get killed in New Orleans but pick one.

Mine: Farragut St in Algiers (a wooded street with nothing but section 8 apartments seems like an easy place to get killed)

There are some very sketchy dead ends in the upper ninth and the East near Dowman, where I had weeds taller than my car and 2/3s the houses were boarded up but had people in them.

Cessna Ct, was a place where I could of gone, been killed and my truck and body wouldn't be found for days. That bushy area was 8ft weeds.

We are choosing the place we think we are most likely to die or the place we would prefer to die?

True that. Good neighborhood but, without a doubt, the worst streets in the city.
