Poydras had sculptures that resembled a lifelike pair of swimmers that caused many to do a double take

Recently replaced by some sort of tire and concrete art that probably cost tree fiddy.

Last night saw the end of PGTB,

What say the OT for his replacement?

I was thinking of those freaky giant Mardi Gras and mermaid sculpture things from the '84 Worlds Fair.

We just need to make sure it's not offensive to anyone. There is no room for that anymore.

Just leave it the way it is...as a matter of fact, chisel it some more to look even more like Detroit.

True story: my big gay English teacher junior year of high school got all teary eyed and promised to stop teaching the book when a black guy said he was offended by the n word. Said black guy was a teammate who later admitted to me he hadn't even read it he just didn't want to be tested on it.

Someone should go out and spray paint, "Welcome to beautiful City Park."
