Let's keep on adding more jobs, especially downtown, then we should have enough vehicles on the road to maintain complete gridlock at all times, then these daily accidents won't be noticeable. Especially if we can somehow ensure that the drivers' added have the same low IQ as most of the current crop does.

I was just on 10 going from Essen to Bluebonnet. Traffic WB is backed up as far as I could see past bluebonnet.
