There is no reason to debate someone who refuses to acknowledge facts. Substantive debate with Chambers is impossible because he exists in a reality separate and apart from the rest of us.

I would go just to see the sideshow that would accompany the two.
I would make a shirt that says "1K" on front; on back would be "That a thousand huh?" and sell them.

Gravy thought he was challenged in a eating contest. Had he thought it was about actually talking about the issues, Gravy would of deleted the post.
Also, Gravy has been getting shite deleted quickly. Last 2 posts about him didn't last long, and the mods were deleting everything. It's getting kind of sad, how they cow toe to these dickjaws.

I know people that said they stopped liking him when he ran for mayor and completely changed his stances on all kinds of things so he could court the vote for a certain demographic that was never going to vote for him anyway.

I like John, too...but as upgrayyed said, if he wants to run in 2020, he needs to play ultra conservative...and he is.

Nah, playing hardcore right winger won't work. All that does is play right into the hands of the opposition. You can be a moderate and not abandon your right-leaning principals. The best you can do is try to court the white vote as much as possible and hope that blacks don't show up to the polls. That's the only way a white republican will ever win a BR election in the future.

I still like Delgado as a politician. Is he scummy? Sure. He's a fricking politician. When has that ever mattered when electing leaders in La? I think his vision and semblance of actually giving a frick about BR is something the city could use when SWB inevitably is voted out

Unfortunately, SG won't happen. The mayor will spend the next 5 years trying to annex SG's commercial tax base and ruin them financially.
It's pretty sad to see how far Broome and her cronies will go to ensure that the same shitty status quo is maintained. I'm still happily awaiting the NBR economic redevelopment plan to start rolling because it's going to land all kinds of people in jail. Hell, you know Chauna "1K" Banks won't be able to resist the pile of fraudulent money that's gonna get thrown her way.
