There's a book called Way of the Peaceful Warrior that was popular awhile back. Could be in reference to that. Or maybe it means she does butt stuff.

Multi colored hair, multiple piercings, thick framed glasses, skinny jeans and jacket always, smoking, pissed off look on face, etc. list goes on

I know some right wing, anti vaxer, essential oil selling, vegan Christians who do that.

I'd bet money it's a reference to the book, which is a pretty good read like someone else said.
