4 month old was sleeping until 2-4 AM (about 7-9 hours) before wanting a bottle and now waking at midnight or even earlier since Sunday.

Sleep regression?

It's a baby. It's not going to keep the same habits as it grows.

Probably mad because mom is too good to breast feed. Had some liberal neighbors that ran into this a few months ago.

As soon as you get used to something it will change with a baby.

Th first year is nuts. Try feeding it a little more before putting it down for the night. Might sleep longer.

Try reducing length of naps during the day and/or keeping baby awake later before bedtime. Sleep habits change as baby gets older, especially during the first year or so

Put some cereal in the bottle. But barely make the nipple bigger.
The milk is not enough as they get older.

It might take more food to make her/him full. I just feed my girl till she passes out again

Ours just turned 8 months and (for the most part) sleeps like a champ all night. Time goes by so fast I can hardly remember the really shitty nights. Sleep regression sucked arse, i do remember that. Gets better quick I think.

He's taking 7+ ounces before bed. We tried oatmeal cereal but it plugged him up and didn't get him sleeping any longer. Still need to transition from rnp to crib as well. Fun stuff

Read the book Baby Wise. It's the best way to sleep train your baby. If you follow it, your baby will sleep.

This might come as a surprise but babies shouldn't be "sleeping through the night." They need to eat. I know, shocking to everyone.

The pattern is: There is no pattern.

Trying to make sense of this will drive you insane faster than the lack of sleep will.

My best advice;

Diaper
Eat
Sleep
Repeat

I feel like this made a big difference for us. Crib in own room with humidifier for background noise. That and possibly a 2 day stay at children's medical center. Ever since then she's had no respiratory issues.
