I need a plumber rec in the LP/BR area

For what is probably a relatively quick job tapping into my main gas line and installing a regulator valve all outside.

question: why are you tieing into your gas line and need a regulator?
Typically most residential services are 4.5" W.C., which is reduced at the meter.
not many gas appliances are less then 4.5" W.C.
are you installing a generator? if so you need to upgrade the meter/regulator to deliver 2 or 5 PSI, then reduce going to the house with one regulator and then install another regulator at the generator as it will likely be 7-11" W.C.
