Have they improved on maintenance quality? I like the styling that audio brings to the table. But in the past their maintenance has been absolutely shite.

Stock an RS7 does it in 3.4 seconds. I'm guessing the car in the OP is not very stock 
Tesla S P85D in Insane mode does it in 3.1 seconds. So that guy was way off.

Still not almost a full second faster. 0.6 compared to a stock RS7, and this RS7 isn't stock.
