I-10/I-12 construction at Slidell, is it complete?

Heading to Gulfport next Saturday. I remember an one hour+ delay there last summer.
Is there still a major delay there?

I take that way just about every day, and the answer is, nobody knows. One weekend they're working on it, and the next three have nothing going on. Odds are it won't be as bad as it was during the summer though.
