PCB cops threatened to charge me and a few buddies with transporting alcohol across state lines once. In leu of that, they just had us load our $1500 worth of liquor in their "unmarked police car". It was a jeep Cherokee with rims and an aftermarket radio.
So we were basically broke and didn't have any liquor after that. It was all cool because we just bought out the porn store of whippets on my CC and did those for two days straight
