This is great advice. Honestly, every relationship with an ex is completely unique, but in my experience it is best to let go of the ones that end ugly where everybody involved is hurt. It's hard to end on bad terms with someone you once cared a lot about, but such is life.

Currently in this situation... Broke up with an ex and we ended on good terms.
After awhile we started talking and hanging out again and I thought everything was good until she started getting more distant and now its fricking with my head.
My advice, if you want to talk to her then do it but I wouldn't get too invested in it unless you know she is more serious about it.
