....to New Braunfels, TX?
Or at least live close enough to work there.

Smack dab in the middle of Austin and San Antonio? Wouldn't take much.

15% What's the field?

Half a mil more than I make now. So maybe... .522 mil.

I'd move tomorrow if moving expenses were covered. Great place.

I'd move there now with the same pay. I wouldn't complain with a 10-20% raise though.

I'd probably do it for a free bagel bar every morning.

Hell, I would probably take a bit of a pay cut if I could easily find work. Love that area.

Today, it would take me a 50 to 75% pay raise and the same for my wife only because we are deeply rooted with her family here with our two small kids.
Some times I wish I never left there in 2006 after working there for 16 months, then I look at my family I have now and am thankful.
Hill Country is badass.

I'd move for the same pay adjusted for COL. I'd just have to convince the wife

A lot. I prefer to live in a city. But I can understand why a place like that would appeal to someone.

Got a place in Boerne. Great area.

I'd do it for even money.
Gorgeous countryside, good people.
