Nb4 brpd does it for free

Eta:
It was about 100 dollars a few years ago, I may have gotten raped on the price though as it was at a vet. This was in new orleans so id think it would be close.

I think the aspca does low cost spaying

Check with the Companion Animal Alliance. I'm pretty sure they do it cheap/ free.

My old vet, the animal hospital on Perkins by bluebonnet did it for under $350 and let you do payments

CAA will do it even if the pup doesn't come from their shelter?

I'm guessing they would. Most nonprofit places like that will do it for cheap because it's a good cause (prevents more pups without homes that may end up there)

Not free but at a lower cost than a vet

$85 at Baton Rouge Spay/Neuter. I've gotten two cats fixed there and I would go again.

70 to 80 dollars at Associated Veterinary Services on Greenwell Springs Rd. They are the cheapest and nicest Vet in town. I have been using them for 15 years

This is the only answer. But, if you adopt a dog, usually the small fee to do so covers the spaying. I guess it depends if it is an organization or the pound.
