How much do you pay someone to cut your grass?

Someone wants to charge me $20 a week. I'm sure this is cheap but is that a steal? What's the going rate for this?
My yard is about 3/4 of an acre total in a subdivision.

$20 per week is cheap as shite...particularly if it includes weed eating and blowing off the driveway...
