Sounds like a freezie which was a flavored frozen ice in a little cup. I didnt get it from a candy lady or whatever that is but people in the neighborhood would sell them.

When I was 15 I went to the candy lady's house late one night. She opened the door and said she was closed. After begging her she eventually agreed to let me in. Next thing I know here comes her daughter walking around the corner in her panties. You should have seen the look on her face when she saw me standing in her kitchen. She was mortified. The next day I went back and she told me she never heard me knocking. I ended up fricking her later that summer. Multiple times.

Had a lady in my neighborhood who would make these in the clear solo cups and sell them for $.25 each.. Those things were amazing.
