How many pair of sunglasses do you own?

Do you go the cheap throwaway pairs you can get for $12.99 or spend the money for the good stuff. For some reason I have been on a sunglass kick lately and now own 8 pair.

A pair of glacier glasses that you could probably look directly at the sun with. They're really too dark to wear for regular use. I have a couple pair of Oakley's around here somewhere.

1 costs that my moms frickign dog chewed the ear pieces too
the issue i have is that i recently started to need glasses to see far away, and neither pair is prescription.
Trying to decide if it is worth paying for the costs to be redone if i can't really see with them

The UV is actually bad for your eyes if you spend a fair amount of time outdoors. You don't need expensive sunglasses to protect you.
