What says the OT? I feel like the authorities will soon put the hammer down on this guy. I like what he brings to the table but in today's America I feel like his time is very limited.

You're a little stupid, aren't you? He's a captain serving at the pleasure of a fricking Louisiana Sheriff. Unless John Bel Edwards grows the balls to go toe to toe with the sheriff, there aren't any "authorities" to stop him other than the sheriff... who promoted him from Lieutenant to Captain for doing the job he's doing.

This dude's act creating any sort of controversy is so comical to me... Do people realize he is merely the public relations officer for the sheriff's dept? Just like the sexy little chick in BR, Casey Rayborn Hicks.... He just has a heavy, HEAVY act that he rocks as opposed to just presenting the news, crimes stoppers, etc...
It's not like Higgins is out busting down doors on a daily basis like he'd like for you to believe. Unless of course cameras are nearby.
